Journal articles now support inline links — write [your text](https://the-address) and it becomes a tidy underlined link that opens in a new tab.

Point couples to a venue, a guide, or your booking page right inside a post.

If your connected Google Drive ever drops (Google occasionally expires the link), you now see a gentle banner with a one-tap Reconnect — so you catch it before a shooter's uploads fail.

You'll also find a Create/Open delivery folder control on each booking's Share Links, so a booking's Drive folder is always one click away.

Shooters uploading a full wedding’s worth of raw files now see a single tidy progress bar with a time-left estimate — no more endless scrolling list. Uploads run a steady few at a time so big batches don’t stall, and any that fail can be retried on their own.

They can switch between their shoot and edit lists mid-upload without losing progress, cancel if needed, and get a warning before accidentally closing the tab.

When a couple fills in your questionnaire, your shooters and editors now see those answers on their own portal — must-have shots, key people, style notes, things to avoid.

It sits behind one tap so it never clutters their schedule, and it means everyone shows up on the day already knowing what matters to the couple.

Every rating and comment a couple leaves after delivery now lands in a Feedback tab inside your Client CRM — newest first, with anything below four stars flagged so you catch it early.

No more digging through emails to see how a wedding landed.

Choose how each booking’s Drive folder is named — date first, couple’s name first, or by booking number — in Settings. Pick a style and your existing folders rename to match.

Tidier folders, sorted the way you actually work.

We hardened how your login is stored in the browser so your session is better protected against tampering. Nothing changes in how you sign in — it’s just safer underneath.

When a couple lands on your booking-inquiry page — especially from an ad — they now see your star rating and real testimonials up front, before the form, with a “we usually reply within 24 hours” promise.

Social proof is what turns a cold click into an enquiry. If you've collected reviews, they're now doing the work.

The balance-due date is no longer fixed. Choose a studio default — how many days before the event you collect the balance — in Settings, and override it per booking on any invoice.

So a booking made close to the event won't read as “overdue” the moment you take the deposit.

When a couple agrees to a quote over WhatsApp or in person, you can now turn it into a confirmed booking with one tap — no need to wait for them to click the link. It lands straight in your projects with an invoice ready.

Hired for a gig, sold a print? Add it as Other income — now from the + button in the top bar, with a receipt if you have one. It flows into your profit and your P&L, so what you actually earned is complete.

Also: a per-shooter view in your schedule (pick a name to see their free and busy days), and a smoother booking-website flow for couples.

There's now a referral card on your Plan page. Share your link, and any studio that signs up through it starts with 15 bonus trial days — 45 free instead of 30.

When a studio you referred upgrades to a paid plan, you earn a free month of AisleHQ. Refer more, earn more.

After you deliver a gallery, your couples can rate their experience right in their portal. Add your Google review link in Studio Profile, and delighted couples get a one-tap button to leave you a review.

If someone wasn't fully happy, their private note lands in your inbox first — so you hear about it before anyone else does, and get the chance to make it right.

Shot a gig for another studio, sold an album reprint, rented out your gear? You can now log that under Expenses → Other income, so your profit reflects everything you earn — not just weddings.

It stays out of your client list and flows straight into your profit & loss report.

Locked features no longer bounce you to a price list. Open any feature above your plan — Analytics, Quotes, Payroll, Staff and more — and you'll see a real preview of what it looks like, with your own numbers where we have them.

It's the honest way to decide: watch the tool work, then unlock it only if it earns its place. And when you're ready, a free trial or upgrade turns the preview into the real thing.

We refreshed the typography on your dashboard — cleaner headings and clearer figures, so the numbers that matter read at a glance.

And we fixed the quick-add expense box: type the amount straight away, no cursor jumping. Capturing a receipt in the ten seconds after you pay is now friction-free.

Every studio on the free plan can now try the Solo plan free for 30 days. No card, nothing to cancel, and we'll never charge you automatically.

Solo unlocks client galleries with 75 GB of space, unlimited bookings and video clips in your galleries.

When the 30 days are up you simply go back to the free plan — nothing is deleted, and the galleries you've already delivered stay online for your couples.

Deciding whether to pay for a studio tool shouldn't mean digging through a pricing page. Here's exactly what the free plan gives you and what Solo adds.

You keep 100% of what your clients pay you on every plan — we never take a cut of your bookings.
